Ses Honorables Virtuts Il·lògiques is a meeting between poetry, music and humor that constantly plays with the expectations of the audience. It is not exactly a concert, nor a recital, nor a play, but it contains a bit of all these languages to build its own scenic universe.
The proposal starts from Jèssica Ferrer Escandell’s poetic texts, which dialogue with a soundtrack created live from conventional instruments and everyday objects. Spoons, toys, a toy piano or a mouth harp coexist with the word to generate unexpected soundscapes.
Movement, play and surprise accompany this journey through an imaginary that moves between surrealism and everyday life. A piece that invites you to listen, look and be surprised by the multiple forms that poetry can take when it comes out of paper.
