In the not-too-distant future, humanity has achieved what it had dreamed of for centuries: conquering the sky. But what happens when progress, ambition and the need to expand also reach this new territory? Skai is ful invites the audience to travel through an immersive universe where the celestial ceases to be a space of mystery and becomes a reflection of the conflicts on Earth.
Through a device made up of projections, headphones and a very close relationship with the viewer, the piece builds a story that combines humor, fiction and social criticism. The journey brings to the table issues such as colonialism, the exploitation of resources, inequality and the destruction of the planet, raising the extent to which the idea of progress can end up reproducing the same mistakes over and over again.
The proposal transforms the audience into the protagonist of a shared experience that questions our ways of inhabiting the world and the human need to always go a little further.
